Our little house here in beautiful Cornwall is available for family, friends and friends of friends to rent at very sensible prices.
Located just five minutes drive off the main A30 road and just six miles from the incredible North Cornish coast, the house at forty six is ideally situated for you to enjoy everything Cornwall has to offer.
We have two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is space for an inflatable bed in the lounge, which allows us to accommodate up to six guests.
With double glazing and central heating throughout the house, we can offer our guests year round availability and a comfortable, relaxing stay no matter what the weather. Come outside of the school holidays and enjoy the opportunity to explore a quieter Cornwall without the crowds.
We also welcome dogs to stay at the house. Our own dog absolutely loves Cornwall.
NB – Although our house is located on the Atlantic Reach site, we are independent of and not affiliated to them, and so guests will not have access to any of their facilities such as the indoor pool, gym or evening entertainment.
